お部屋の特徴
101号室は、無機質でスタイリッシュな雰囲気のお部屋です。専用の大容量収納スペースがついているため、荷物が多い方や、広々と暮らしたい方にぴったりです。
Room 101 is a stylish, minimalist space with an industrial feel. It comes with a separate, extra-large storage room, making it perfect for those with lots of belongings or anyone who prefers a spacious living environment.

まるで「部屋の中に部屋がある！？」と思うほど広い専用収納スペースがついています。
It comes with a storage space so large, you’ll feel like there’s a whole extra room inside your room!

家具家電について
すべてのお部屋は個室で、収納・家具家電・鍵付きです。備え付けの家具家電は以下の通りです：
テレビ、冷蔵庫、エアコン、ブラインド、ベッド、机、椅子。※布団は備え付けておりませんので、ご自身でご用意ください。
All rooms are private and come with storage, furniture, appliances, and a lockable door.
Each room is equipped with:
TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, blinds, bed, desk, and chair.
Please note that bedding is not provided, so kindly prepare your own.
家賃について
初期費用
デポジット30,000 ＋家賃＋共益費￥5,000の合計が初期費用です。
※デポジットは￥30,000退去時に全額返金されます。
The initial cost consists of the deposit ¥30,000 + first month’s rent + utility fee ¥5,000.The deposit of ¥30,000 is fully refundable when you move out.
家賃以外で毎月かかる費用
家賃＋*共益費 ¥5,000の合計が毎月にかかる費用です。
The monthly cost is your rent + utility fee ¥5,000.
*共益費に含まれるもの
光熱費（電気・ガス・水道）インターネット使用料、皆さんで使用する消耗品（トイレットペーパーやゴミ袋、各種掃除用洗剤など）全て含まれています。
Electricity, gas, water, internet, and shared household supplies (such as toilet paper, garbage bags, cleaning products, etc.) — all included.
