はじめまして。
私は大手シェアハウスの管理会社で経験をつみ、企業ではできなかったユーザーの目線のハウスを作りたくて個人でシェアハウスをはじめました。町と人をゆるくやさしくつなぐ架け橋になりたいと思って日々奮闘しています。
いつか自分の理想とするシェアハウスをやりたいなと思い、いろんな方のご協力をいただき１６年前に仙川でシェアハウスをスタートすることができました。今は都内４カ所・横浜２カ所でそれぞれ小さいながらも素敵なハウスを運営しております。物件数が増えたので2015年に法人化しました。
自分が地方から東京に出てくるときに、仕事が決まっていないと部屋がきめられず、部屋が決まっていないと仕事も決まらずという負のスパイラルに愕然とし、なんて現在の賃貸のシステムは田舎者に冷たいんだと思いました。その経験から家賃さえちゃんと払えれば無職（就職活動中・休職中）でも入居できるシェアハウスを自分でやろうと思うようになりました。
シェアハウスも10年前に比べるとめちゃくちゃ増え、デザイナーズですとか、激セマだけど都会のど真ん中ですとか、様々なバリエーションはありますが、スマイルシェアハウスはズバリ！「そこそこハウス」です。都会にアクセスしやすくて、そこそこ商店街も充実してて、みんなでそこそこ幸せに暮らせたらいいな。というコンセプトなので、これで気楽だと思える方が仲間になってくれたらうれしい限りです。
スマイルシェアハウスでは、女性管理人（私）が一人で運営しています。国籍やシェア経験にとらわれず、楽しく気楽に暮らせる方ならだれでも歓迎しています。英語対応も可能です。体験入居（お試し入居）もできますので、実際に住んでみてから気に入ったら長く住むことも可能です。

After gaining experience at a major share house management company, I started a share house on my own. I work every day hoping to become a bridge that connects the town and people loosely and gently.
16 years ago, I was able to start a share house in Sengawa with the cooperation of many people. Currently, I operate small but nice houses in 4 locations in Tokyo and 2 locations in Yokohama. I incorporated in 2015 as the number of properties increased.
When I came to Tokyo from the countryside, I was stunned by the negative spiral of not being able to decide on a room without a job, and not being able to get a job without a room. The current rental system is too complicated. From that experience, I started to think about starting a share house where I could move in even if I was unemployed (while looking for a job or taking a leave of absence) as long as I could pay the rent properly.
Compared to 10 years ago, the number of share houses has increased dramatically, and there are various variations, such as designer’s houses, but it’s a big deal, but it’s in the middle of the city. This is soso house. It’s easy to access the city, and there are plenty of shopping streets, so I hope everyone can live reasonably happily. This is the concept, so I would be happy if people who feel comfortable with this would join us.
Smile Share House is run by a single female manager (me). Regardless of nationality or sharing experience, we welcome anyone who can live happily and comfortably. English correspondence is also possible. You can also try moving in (trial moving in), so you can live for a long time if you like it after actually living there.
