About Hiroo Smile share house
A house near to Hiroo Shopping Street. Support youth with long history. Reformed, cute share house for supporting young people which in harsh society of Japan. No matter where are you from, what experiences do you have, we are welcome you to live here and have a happy share house life.
● Bathtub for female You can take good rest by taking a bath here.
● Can invite you friends to have a party (only female) Friend’s visit and stay overnight is possible. Of course you can invite mother and sister to visit. When friends visit, can lent bedding.
● Both short & long term are welcome The shortest contract is 1 month. Of course long-term contract is also welcome.

5 minutes to Hiroo station (Metoro Hibiya line) 15 minutes to Ebis station (JR line)
Furnished room
It’s no problem if you have many baggage and things. In the private room, TV, refrigerator, desk & chair, bed are provided.

退去時にかかる費用はありますか？/ Do you charge cleaning fee when I leaving?
スマイルシェアハウスでは、退去時にご自身でお部屋を掃除していただくことでクリーニング費用を頂かないことにしています。
次に入居する人が快適に過ごせるようご協力をお願いいたします。退去時には必ず立ち会います。
万が一、お部屋がとても汚れていた場合はスタッフとお客様と一緒に掃除をしますため、お時間をいただく場合があります。There is no cleaning fee. Because you clean your room when you leave.
I will always be there when you leave.
If your room is very dirty, let’s clean it with me! -
WIFIは使えますか？/ Can I use WIFI？
はい。パソコンやスマートフォンをご持参いただければ、シェアハウス内どこでも
無線LANでインターネットに繋げます。別途料金はかかりません。Yes. You can use WIFI for 24 hours with free of charge.

友達が遊びに来ることはできますか？/Can my friends come and visit?
はい。女性の友人や家族の訪問や数日の宿泊は可能です。Yes. You can invite your Friend or Family.but male cannot. Female only.

初期費用はいくらですか？/ About initial cost
デポジット¥30,000、前家賃と共益費¥14,000の合計となります。
Deposit ¥30,000 + Rent + Utility¥14,000

デポジットは戻ってきますか？/ Deposits be refunded?
はい。但し、シェアハウスの設備などに対して、故意、過失による破損や
過度の汚れがあった場合は、デポジットでのご精算をお願いする場合がございます。また予約後に入居を自己都合でキャンセルされた場合も返金はできません。Yes.if there is no damage to the unit, then no other fees will be charged.

上京してくるため入居時は無職ですが入居できますか？/ I am unemployed right now, can I move in?
はい。休職中や就職活動中でも入居可能です。
Yes. People who are on leave or hiring a job can also move in.
